服装质量考核的一个重要指标就是做工。在服装验货中，除了上期我们在《贸点点验货小课堂 ：服装验货质量要点中英文解析》谈到的总体要求、外观要求外，还有做工等多个方面的要求。今天我们从做工方面来讲一讲服装验货中要达到的标准。为方便QC朋友们的中英文验货场景，此次我们依然采用中英文对照的形式来讲解。

 1  Sewing workmanship

All stitches should be straight, no seam puckering. Top stitch and bobbin stitch should match with each other, loose or tight is not allowed. Broken stitch, loose stitch, ship stitch, stitch hole is not allowed. Beware of crooked needle tip destroyed the fabric structure.

车线平整、不起皱、不扭曲。双线部分要求用双针车车缝；底面线均匀、不跳针、不浮线、不断线。不能出现不可恢复性针眼等现象。注意针尖弯曲勾破面料组织。

2  Pen marks and dirty spots

Do not leave any pen mark on cloth, do not use mark pen to rectify labels and carton marks. Oil stain and dirty spot is not allowed on cloth.

画线、做记号不能用彩色画粉，所有唛头不能用钢笔，圆珠笔涂写。内里不能有脏污、抽纱。

3  Color shading and dye lot shadinge

Color shading is not allowed at shell fabric and lining. Dye lot shading in bulk, the bulk need to be packed under certain requirement. 

面、里布不能有色差；同批大货有缸差，需要按要求装箱。

4  Accessories

EMB, label, pocket, pocket flap, sleeve tab, pleat, velcro, etc. The size and position should be accurate and symmetrical. Support holes for mark purpose cannot be visible. For EMB, need to trim off all thread ends. For prints, need to make sure no blur, no dirty spot, no see through and no peeling off.

 电脑绣花、商标、口袋、袋盖、袖袢、打褶、贴魔术贴等，定位要准确，对称。定位用的孔不能外露。电脑绣花要求清晰，线头剪清，反面的衬纸修剪干净，印花要求清晰、不透底、不脱胶。

5  Bar tack

Bar tack should be on position, its thickness should be same as approved sample.

所有袋角及袋盖如有要求打枣，打枣位置要准确、端正。

6  Zipper

Zipper cannot wavy, no blocks when zip up and zip off. 

拉链不得起波浪，上下拉动畅通无阻。

7  Drawcord

Exposed drawcord length should based on client’s requirement, if no detailed requirement, the length should not exceed 15cm.

两头出绳的帽绳、腰绳，下摆绳在充分拉开后，两端外露部分应按客户要求（如无，一般不超过15cm），若两头车住的帽绳，腰绳，下摆绳则在平放状态下平服即可，不需要外露太多。

8  Eyelet and rivet

Eyelets and rivets cannot be shape-off. The placement should be accurate, and cannot easily be pulled off, especially they are on thin fabric, need to pay more attention on the issue.

汽眼，撞钉等位置准确，不可变形，要打紧，不可松动。特别是面料较稀的品种，一旦发现要反复查看。

9  Snap button

Snap button placement should be correct, it cannot be too tight or too loose to button up and button off, cannot be shape-off, and cannot be spinning.

四合扣位置准确、弹性良好、不变形、不能转动。
