贸点点验货小课堂 ：服装验货质量要点中英文解析

服装验货中对服装的质量从整体到细节都有严格的规定。今天我们从整体和外观两个层面来讲一讲服装验货中的这些要求。为方便QC朋友们的中英文验货场景，此次我们采用中英文对照的形式来讲解。

 

 

总体要求

General Requirement

1  Fabric meets requirement

Fabric color / weight / hand feel could reach client’s requirements, decoration accessories could meet client’s standards. No pilling, no color shading, no fabric skew.

面料手感/克重/颜色，达到客户要求，辅料品质优良，大货能得到客户的认可。

 

2  Accessories DTM 

 

Color of thread, tape, drawcord, zipper, button and piping are correct.

车线，人字带，抽绳，拉链，纽扣，滚条等配色/撞色物料，颜色准确无误。(要求撞色除外)

3  Measurements within tolerance

 

All measurements are within tolerance, especially for Key Measurement Point. 

尺寸在允许的误差范围内，尤其是重要尺寸。

 

4  Overall requirements

 

The product is neat and clean finished; workmanship is nice; outlook is fine; well packed, and no smelling.

卖相好，无异味，做工精良产品干净，整洁。

 

服装外观检验要求  
General requirements on outlook

1  Placket

- Styles with center front placket, the placket should be straight down and flat, upper and bottom plackets should be in same length and width, and CF placket cannot split apart at lower part, bottom placket cannot be visible.

门襟顺直，平服，长短一致，前抽平服，宽窄一致，里襟不能长于门襟。

 

- Styles with zipper at center front, the zipper cannot wavy and zipper tape cannot crinkle.

有拉链唇的应平服、均匀、不起皱、不豁开，拉链不起浪。

 

- Styles with button at center front, button space should be even and buttons should be set vertically in a straight line.

纽扣顺直均匀，间距相等。

2  Stitches

 

All the stitches should be straight and smooth; stitch stop from edge should be even.

车线均匀顺直，止口不反吐，宽窄一致。

3  Vent

Vent should be straight, top cannot be tears apart.

开衩顺直，注意裂口。

 

4   Pocket

Pocket should be square-shaped, and lay flat on shell. Pocket corner should be stitch firmly.

口袋方正，平服，袋口不能豁口。

 

5  Pocket flap

 

Pocket and pocket flap should lay flat on shell, and the flap should cover the pocket. Both side pockets should be in same size and shape.

袋盖，贴袋平服，高低、大小一致，里袋高低、大小一致，方正平服。

6  Collar

 

After collar fold down, collar should cover the center back neck seam, and collar cannot roll up. Collar point should be pointy. No wash wrinkles. Collar stand ends (neck seams) at CF should align to each other. 

领嘴大小一致，驳头平服，两端整齐。领窝圆顺；领面平服，松紧适宜，外品顺直不起翘；底领不外露。领尖要尖。领底/领面不能有洗水皱。

 

7  Shoulder

 

Shoulder should be flat on table, no twist. Left and right shoulder seam should be in same length.

肩部平服，肩缝顺直，两肩宽窄一致，拼缝对称。

 

8  Sleeve

 

Left and right sleeve should be in same length and width. Sleeve should be flat on table, no twist. No seam puckering at sleeve cap. Sleeve was set properly, hanging on hanger, it cannot be go frontwards or backwards.

袖子长短，袖口大小，宽窄一致，袖袢高低、长短宽窄一致。

 

9  Back

 

Back should be flat, seams should be smooth.

背部平服，缝位顺直，后腰带水平对称，松紧适宜。

 

10  Hem

Hem edge should be flat and straight, no ripple, no roll up. Left & right side bottom should be symmetrical.

下摆底边圆顺，平服，橡筋、罗纹宽窄一致，罗纹要对条纹车缝。

 

11  Lining

Lining cannot be too long make the lining visible, or too short make shell fabric turn inward.

各部位里布大小，长短应与面料相适宜，不吊里、不吐里。

 

12  Print and EMB

It should be set horizontally and vertically, and both sides are symmetrical. Need to scratch the Print and EMB to test if the print will fall off or the EMB thread is loose.

印花和绣花的位置要正，两边对称，要用手轻刮印花和绣花部位查看是否有掉落或浮线。

 

13  Quilting and Padding

Quilting size and shape should be same as approved pattern, no seam puckering or wrinkles along quilting seams. Padding inside garment should be even, too puffy or too flat is not allowed.

加棉填充物要平服，压线均匀，线路整齐，前后片接缝对齐。

 

14   Fuzzy fabric

Fuzzy fabric such as velvet and corduroy, the inspector should pay attention on nap up and nap down issue, all the bulk should be consistent.

面料有绒（毛）的，要分清方向，绒（毛）的倒向应整件同向。

 

15   Sealing seam at sleeve

The length of seal seam at sleeve lining cannot exceed 10cm and seal firmly.

若从袖里封口的款式，（封口长度不能超过10公分），根据各客户要求；封口一致，牢固整齐。

 

16   Plaid matching

 

Plaid matching should apply custom’s requirements, such as mirror, pair, symmetrical, etc. The plaid or strip should match from panel to panel.

要求对条对格的面料，条纹要对准确。注意是否有还原，对称等要求。
